New Dover High School

New construction consisting of 300,000 sf. The heating and cooling of the building were provided by means of a closed loop, ground coupled, geothermal heat pump system.  Code required ventilation was delivered to occupied spaces via energy recovery ventilators on an as needed basis as sensed by the Carbon Dioxide levels in the exhaust air stream.  Domestic hot water is pre-treated by utilizing a solar thermal water heating system. 310,000 sf / $132M
