Firm Overview

Gipe Associates, Inc. is an employee-owned company, established in 1977 to provide quality mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering to public and private sector clients.  We employ approximately 40 professional and technical staff members and have offices in Baltimore and Easton, Maryland, giving us the ability to effectively serve the Mid-Atlantic region.

Gipe Associates Inc. is in the business of designing High Performance Building Systems.  We liken mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems to the vital organ systems of the human body. Together, they form the backbone of a facility that is both comfortable and highly functional, optimizing efficiency. Without these systems, we envision nothing more than an empty, lifeless shell.  At Gipe Associates, we’re proud to say that our job is to bring buildings to life! Through innovative design techniques and proven engineering fundamentals, our engineers are the experts, qualified to provide your facility with optimal MEP designs that produce functional, maintainable systems and energy-efficient facilities. Our team is accustomed to following projects through design with our robust contract administration and commissioning services. Our team is available to offer expertise, providing the “long-term care” that every facility needs in order to function effectively, stay efficient, and serve its stakeholders.

Working as a team, our Principals, Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Design Technicians form an alliance with the client to bring their project to life. From concept to completion, we offer the people, experience, and expertise required to get your project done right.
