We’ve had the pleasure to serve nearly every school district in Maryland and Delaware. From Early Education Centers to elaborate technology schools and all the spaces in between, our staff is well versed in the unique needs of K-12 facilities and the unique populations they serve.

Higher Education

Whether it is a lecture hall, fitness center, science lab, student center, residence hall, dining facility, or arts center, we have experience designing energy conscious High Performance Building systems for both new and existing facilities at college and university campuses throughout the Mid-Atlantic.

Public Safety

We are experts when it comes to the unique systems within a public safety building including increased security and communications systems, specialized exhaust/ventilation for vehicle garages and evidence rooms, and temperature control for forensic laboratories.

Civic

Specialized systems? No problem. We develop engineered solutions to make projects energy efficient, user specific and cost effective. Gipe has designed MEP systems for ice rinks, art galleries, libraries, community centers, and churches.
