Gipe Associates, Inc. was established in 1977 to provide quality mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering to public and private sector clients.

In 1991, the visionary founders of Gipe Associates, Inc. initiated a transformative journey by instating an employee stock ownership program (ESOP), gradually transitioning ownership to the dedicated individuals who shaped our organization. By 2003, this commitment to shared ownership culminated in Gipe Associates, Inc. becoming a 100% employee-owned corporation, marking a pivotal moment in our history.

This transition fostered a profound culture of ownership amongst our team members, igniting a collective passion for our shared success.  Employee ownership gives our team a vested interest in the direction of the firm, rewarding individuals for high work quality through the growth of stock in their ESOP account, an added retirement benefit.  As an Employee-Owned company, we are proud to offer the most comprehensive benefits package and competitive salaries.  Opportunities for growth are fostered from within, we offer paid holidays, paid time off, 401K matching, a dedicated third party financial advisor, health insurance, continuing education and a relaxed work environment.

While we may not always have openings in all career tracks, we would be happy to accept your credentials for review. Please email your resume to [email protected].
