Baden Library Renovation

Gipe Associates conducted a building assessment and made recommendations for the Baden Elementary School Health Services Building Conversion project. The former elementary school is currently owned by Prince George’s County and utilized as a health services building. Site investigations of the mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems were conducted and existing conditions documented. Gipe Associates made recommendations based on the proposed future use and how systems would need to be upgraded in order to provide a library with appropriate HVAC, plumbing, power, lighting, telecommunication, and fire protection systems.
