Bel Air Town Hall Renovations

Renovation of the 13,000 sf Town Hall which houses the municipal Police Department. The scope of work includes upgrading the administrative offices and Police Department facilities at the existing Town Hall by renovating the structure and constructing new space to meet current and future needs. The existing building houses the Town Administrator and staff, Finance Department and Commission Chambers, and the entire Police Department operations and administration. 13,000 sf / $4 million
