Delaware Technical Community College ETB Building HVAC Renovation

MEP Engineering design was provided to fully replace HVAC equipment and upgrade systems to the fullest extent possible within budget a budget of $7M. The budget was not sufficient for a complete systemic replacement so we completed a brief analysis to assist the college in prioritizing their renovations options. Engineering design included heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and associated power.  As the prime firm, we managed the work of architectural and structural subconsultants. $4.7M / 118,775sf
