Dorchester School of Technology – New Construction

Dorchester School of Technology is a new 98,000 vocational/technical high school in Cambridge, MD.  Gipe Associates provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering design and contract administration services.  Mechanical design included a geothermal system, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, and fire protection system.  Electrical systems included power, interior lighting, site lighting, fire alarm, and telecommunications.
