Eisenhower Ave Fire Sta #210 D/B with LEED

Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection engineering and LEED energy modeling services for a new state-of-the-art 40,000 SF fire station. The building includes six bays, offices, classrooms, exercise room, day room, kitchen, dining, sleeping areas, bathroom facilities and laundry. The project included an emergency generator to provide 100% backup power for minimum of 48 continuous hours. The fire station was designed to achieve a minimum LEED silver rating.
