Harford County Emergency Operations Center – New Construction

This project included two facilities, the EOC Building (58,400 sf) and the Hazmat building (34,100) which housed the Harford County Volunteer Fire and EMS Association, the Harford County EMS Foundation, the 911 center, Emergency Operations Center, emergency management and preparedness branch.

Our scope of work included mechanical and electrical engineering design and contract administration, including field investigations, preparation of design plans/specifications.  M/E systems included HVAC, electrical power, lighting, communications, positive pressure ventilation system, and special filtering for chemical/hazardous substances.
