Living Classroom Foundation Marina Renovation

The Living Classrooms Foundation provides STEM, ecology, cultural and maritime heritage education opportunity through outdoor learning laboratories, urban green spaces, and a fleet of ships referred to as floating classrooms.  We had the opportunities to provide MEP engineering services for the renovation of the existing marina in downtown Baltimore to deliver a memorable and sustainable facility.  MEP services supported the design to repair the access landing and security gates at the bulkhead, demolition of the existing docks and design of new floating docks and platforms including gangway landing and utility equipment floats, shore connection and design for new potable water, firewater, sanitary and electrical services.
