Ridley Athletic Complex houses Loyola University’s men’s and women’s lacrosse and soccer teams and is considered one of the finest venues in the nation. The complex also hosts an indoor training facility for the golf team and a clubhouse. The stadium features a two-tiered grandstand with seating for 6,000 spectators. The concourse area has concessions and merchandising locations. Gipe Associates provided complete MEP design services for the new Ridley Athletic Complex. Controls for HVAC and lighting, in addition to HVAC, power, interior/exterior lighting, lighting for the sports fields, and fire protection systems design was provided to serve the 52,000sf facility, plus fields.52,000sf / $56M
