May B. Leasure Elementary School HVAC Replacement

Gipe Associates provided mechanical and supporting electrical engineering design and contract administration for the replacement of the heating, ventilating, air conditioning, and supporting power systems for the classrooms at Leasure Elementary School.  The HVAC units were replaced in the classroom areas, consisting of approximately 32,000sf.  New boilers, pumps, air separators, expansion tanks, flues, ATC controls, vertical classroom units w/enthalpy wheels, and power connections for all new equipment were provided.  To assist in staying within the School District’s budget, existing piping and ductwork above ceilings were connected to the new equipment.  This project is a phased-while-occupied renovation. $2.4M / 32,000sf
