Salisbury University – Pocomoke Hall Renovation

Gipe Associates, Inc. provided MEP engineering to Pocomoke Hall, a 27,000SF 1960’s vintage all male residence hall. The building houses 85 students on three floors with a building director and 4 resident assistants. Room sizes vary with double rooms at approximately 9′ x 12’6″ and triple rooms at approximately 16′ x 12′. Each room opens to a common hallway, has community bathrooms, study lounges and TV lounges, one ethernet connection per student, one phone connection per room, a cable TV connection per room, and air conditioning, Resident Gull Card is used to access doors 24hrs a day, and the building is ADA accessible.
