Gipe Associates provided mechanical and electrical engineering for core and shell of (2) 75,000sf office buildings. Field investigations, preparation of design plans and specifications, review of bids and construction administration for the M/E portions of the project were included in our work. Additional work includes design and analysis related to the project goal of achieving a LEED Silver rating (CS and CI). This includes light pollution reduction, innovative wastewater technologies, water use reduction, fundamental commissioning of building energy systems (not commissioning agent), minimize/optimize energy performance, indoor environmental quality control. $22 million
