Scope of our work included LEED enhanced commissioning for Seagull Stadium’s various support buildings (approximately 20,000 square feet).  Gipe Associates served as the third-party commissioning agent and commissioned the facility’s air handling units, packaged rooftop heat pump units, ductless heat pump units, electric heaters, domestic hot water heaters, recirculation systems, HVAC controls systems and building automation system, exhaust fans, all plumbing fixtures and equipment, including, electric water heater, condensing water heaters, concessions water heater, elevator sump pump, trap priming station, and lighting and lighting controls. 20,000sf / Completion: Spring 2019

Peer review and third-party commissioning involving the following activities to ensure the systems performed as designed: Commissioning design review of the Owner’s Project Requirements, Basis of Design, Design Documents, and the 50% Construction Documents. Collaborated with the owner and Engineer of Record to make changes that would increase efficiency. Review of submittals for compliance with the Basis of Design. Development of equipment start-up checklists. Developed and performed all functional performance tests. Provided status and deficiency reports.
