Skyline Technology Headquarters Tenant Fit-Out

Our scope of work encompassed mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems including the design for the HVAC, power, interior and site lighting, and fire alarm systems for an 11,376 sq ft. expansion of the Skyline Technology Solutions headquarters office building.  The expansion was a portion of a vacant shell space of existing building for fit-out/occupancy.  The expansion utilized a combination of constant volume and variable air volume, high-efficiency packaged rooftop units with gas-fired furnaces for heat and hot-gas reheat coils for dehumidification. A supplemental DX-split heat pump was provided for the Conference Room for larger gatherings. Existing Trane controls were extended from the original headquarters to incorporate all new equipment for the expansion. The existing 1000A electrical service and emergency distribution was sufficient for the expansion scope of work involved. New 480/277V and 208/120V panels fed from the existing service were provided for all new equipment, lighting, receptacles and office equipment serving the expansion. New plumbing fixtures, drinking fountains utilized the existing incoming water service & underground sanitary. Existing storm water including roof drains were installed at the time of the original building construction. A new dedicated electric hot water heater was provided for new lavatories and sinks for the expansion. Contract administration services included shop drawing review, site visits during construction, and substantial completion inspections.
