Adam Kegan

Adam joined the firm in 2000 as an entry level design engineer.  Today, he is a Vice President, board member of the firm, and mechanical project manager.  Recently he was an integral member of the design team for the Net Zero Project at Washington College,  Semans Griswold Environmental Hall, which won the AIA Merit Award, the AIA 2020 Grand Design Award, and the AIA Excellence in Design Award.  Adam has extensive knowledge of state and local codes applicable throughout Maryland and Delaware and is able to guide clients from conception to completion of their project.  He is also a leader of team enrichment and is appreciated for his commitment to staff training and development.

What do you love about Engineering?

I love the challenge/diversity of projects that we are able to work on.

Do you have a favorite project?

I have lots of favorites, but I really enjoyed the Talbot Ice Rink with all of the specialty HVAC and plumbing systems.
