Dan Booze
Dan’s distinguished career with Gipe Associates, Inc. commenced in 1996 when he joined as a mechanical engineer, showcasing his expertise in the field. Over the years, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and was subsequently entrusted with the role of project manager. In recognition of his unwavering commitment and outstanding contributions, Dan received a well-deserved promotion to Vice President in 2021.
Throughout his tenure, Dan has been involved in a myriad of projects, exhibiting his versatility and proficiency in various areas of mechanical design. His extensive experience encompasses conducting surveys, performing in-depth studies, and spearheading the design process for numerous projects involving the replacement or upgrade of HVAC systems, smoke removal systems, industrial processing equipment, and plumbing systems.
At Gipe Associates, Inc., Dan is held in high regard, admired for his adeptness in navigating the wide array of programs and technologies that underpin our company’s smooth and efficient operations. His mastery in these areas has not only streamlined our internal processes but also bolstered our reputation as a reliable industry leader.
Dan has served as the driving force behind several award-winning projects. Noteworthy among these achievements is the Easton Elementary School Project, which proudly holds the distinction of being the first K-12 school in Maryland to attain LEED V4 Gold Certification. Dan’s unwavering dedication and innovative approach were instrumental in the realization of this remarkable milestone.

Favorite Project or sector and why? For favorite projects, I would say all of our Tech Schools because they involve so many specific systems related to the Construction trades.
