Mr. Notarange is a seasoned mechanical project manager and Vice President for the firm.  He leads mechanical and plumbing design for a variety of project types including educational, commercial, and government facilities.  Mike is responsible for survey work, preparation of drawings, specifications and cost estimates, development of engineering reports, and follows projects through the contract administration phase.
